Planning permissions - Permis de construire

     If your building project is over a certain size (currently 170sqm), recourse to an architect is mandatory. In this case we can liaise with your architect to make sure that the project meets your specifications.

     For many projects, a permis de constuire is required, but an architect is not necessary. Smaller projects require just a déclaration de travaux. We can draw scale plans for you and submit the appropriate forms.

     Should a project be refused, we will liaise with the DDE or appropriate persons on your behalf to see if a compromise can be reached.
