Property Maintenance

     We understand that property maintenance is a task which must be performed regularly and reliably. Clients' needs vary - some people like us to supply a full service, for others a fortnightly visual check is enough.

     Our service is totally reliable. We never subcontract - all property checks and reports are done by us.

     When needed, we bring in electricians, roofers and other artisans (with your consent, of course).
